After cold contact, only one of a two things happen:
1. They reply; or
2. They do not reply.
In the first instance, you are now in a qualification style conversation.
In the second instance, you follow up with enough time for them to consume the URL and ask if they found it useful.
Only one of a two things happen:
· They say “yes”; or
· They say “no”.
If they say “yes”, you are now in a qualification style conversation.
If they say “no”, you say “no problem” and now decide if you want to follow up with someone who potentially is not qualified.
