How I Am Using ChatGPT For Surprising & Delighting Customers…

Let’s you are already sold on the value of surprising and delighting existing & former customers and not just incentivising prospects to become customers, like so many (especially big corporates) do.

ChatGPT is a fantastic tool that takes out a lot of the thinking for this process, particularly if you surprise and delight customers with CUSTOM gifts (you should be!)

Here is how I a doing it:

1. I connect with them on my personal Facebook account

2. On desktop, I navigate to this URL: https://www.facebook.com/THEIR-NAME-HERE/likes

3. I highlight and copy all text and images in that tab

4. I paste all text and images in that tab into this URL: https://chat.openai.com/chat (note that images will not copy across and that is what we want).

5. I then add to the front of the paste, this phrase: “Give me gift ideas based on the following interests:” You can also add *inexpensive gifts or *gifts that can be posted in a letter envelope (if you want to save on shipping)

These are just as good as what I would have come up with on my own but in a fraction of the time.

It’s also really good at combining interests: for example, this person like Atlantis Bar and Comedy, so one suggestion was doing one at the other!

On shipping, as this is for current or former customers, you’ll likely have their postal addresses.
